Pond's Complete Solution Pimple Cover and Care Concealer Pen Review (Bahasa + English)

How are you guys? I have a holiday this past weeks and I really don't enjoy enjoy it :p
As maybe you know (or you don't) I have a mini beauty haul for this month, you can always check it here, and one of the product that I bought is Pond's Complete Solution Pimple and Cover.

Bagaimaka kabarnya semua? Minggu-minggu ini saya liburan abis UAS dan sangat gak menikmati  menikmatinya :p
Mungkin kalian sudah ada yang tau (atau nggak) kalau saya abis belanja produk kecantikan buat bulan ini, kalian bisa selalu melihatnya disini, dan salah satu produk yang saya beli adalah Pond's Complete Solution Pimple and Cover.

Ok without further chit-chat let's see how good is this product!

Oke tanpa basa-basi lagi yuk kita lihat sebagus apa sih produk ini!

For those who are wonder about this product, it is a concealer. Yep, you read it. I know, quiet long name for a tiny concealer. This product is from Indonesia but it was made in Thailand, so maybe there's this little one in there too. This product claims to cover and reduce the pimple on your face.


Buat yang penasaran ini produk apa sih, ini concealer. Iya, kamu udah baca kok. Saya tau, namanya cukup panjang buat sebuah concealer kecil. Produk ini dari Indonesia tapi dibuat di Thailand, jadi mungkin disana ada produk ini juga. produk ini mengklaim dapat menutupi dan mengecilkan jerawat di wajah.

This product have quiet generous content for 2 dollars makeup. Whan you see in that picture was the content when I have used it for several times XD.
The packaging is slim white with light brown concealer, there's just one shade for this product. But I think this shade will suit Asian (Indonesian) women.


Isi produk ini lumayan lah buat harga murah segitu (sekitar 20-28k tergantung ada diskon ngga hihi). Yang digambar itu saya foto ketika sudah pakai berkali-kali.
Packagingnya bentuk putih panjang dengan isi concealer warna cokelat muda, kamu tidak bisa memilih shade karena Pond's ini hanya punya satu shade saja. Tapi menurut saya shadenya bakal pas digunain orang Asia (terutama Indonesia).

It's blended well!

As you can see, when I tried to swatch it, it seems kinda light for me. I'm Indonesian with olive skin, usually I pick shade 23 for Korean product and shade NC 30 in MAC chart. This concealer have yellow undertone, so maybe people with cool undertone won't suit this product. But when I tried to blend it, it blended very well! It's like a second skin.


Seperti yang bisa dilihat, saat swatch warnanya kayak terlalu terang buat saya. Saya sendiri orang Indonesia dengan kulit sawo matang ya, biasanya saat beli produk Korea pilih shade 23 atau yang paling gelap buat ukuran sana kalo di MAC chart maybe NC 30 ye. Concealer ini memiliki yellow undertone, jadi buat yang kulitnya cool undertone (seperti bule-bule) nggak cocok. Tapi pas saya mencoba membaurkan di kulit jadinya bener-bener bagus kayak gak pake concealer!

I have breakouts for now I dunno what cause it, but the one on my nose really red and big I hate it! I have uneven skin with not so cute soft facial hair, I feel really embarrassed because regularly girls don't have facial hair like that.

Saat ini saya kena breakout gatau kenapa, mungkin keenakan liburan ya haha. Bisa diliat di idung saya besar dan merah sekali, ditambah komedo, I really hate it! Saya memiliki wajah belang dengan bulu-bulu halus, saya malu banget karena cewek harusnya wajahnya mulus gak berbulu!


After Application :

Yeah it reduces the redness and cover it a little! My nose isn't so awful anymore and the pimples on my cheeks looks smaller and not so notice able. The product itself doesn't have smell and easy to blend. 
When I used it I have white cast on my face, specially when I don't use my BB cream. Maybe the shade is indeed too white for me. But I don't feel cakey or heavy wearing this, but when it blended with my BB cream it blended naturally you can't tell you use a concealer.


Ya Produk ini mengurangi merah-merah di idung dan menutupi jerawatnya sedikit1 Idung saya jadi gak terlalu sangar ya dan jerewi kecil-kecil tapi ngeselin di pipi jadi kelihatan kecil dan gak terlalu kelihatan. produk ini tidak berbau dan gampang di blend di wajah.
ketika saya pakai produk ini meninggalkan white cast di wajah apalagi kalau gak pake BB cream, mungkin emang keputihan di saya ya. Tapi rasanya gak cakey atau berat pakai ini, dan ketika di campur sm BB cream benar-benar menyatu kayak gak pake concealer.



But how about healing your acne?

Tapi gimana dengan menyembuhkan jerawatnya?

When I remove my makeup the pimples just stay the same, unfortunately. But it doesn't irritated my skin or make me have more acne. So I think it's not working but not so bad too.

Ketika saya menghilangkan makeup saya ternyata jerewi nya sama saja tidak berubah, tapi positifnya jerewi saya tidak bertambah atau membuat wajah jadi iritasi. Jadi menurutku klaim menyembuhkannya gak berhasil tapi juga gak jelek-jelek amat.


What I like about this product :

- Can cover minor acnes and reduce the redness
- Doesn't irritated your skin or make more acne in your face 
- Cheap
-Can blended well and don't feel heavy

What I don't like about this product :
- Can't cover big pimples
- Doesn't heal your acnes like it's claimed
- Leave white cast on my face
- Can't used for other use than covering your acne

Yang saya suka dari produk ini :
- Bisa menutupi jerawat kecil-sedang dan mengurangi merah-merah
- Tidak membuat iritasi dan menambah jerewi di wajah
- Murah
- Bisa di blend dengan wajah dan gak berat

Apa yang saya tidak suka dengan produk ini ;
- Tidak bisa menutupi jerawat yang gede
- Tidak menyembuhkan jerawat
- Meninggalkan white cast di wajah
- Tidak bisa dipakai buat hal lain selain di jerawatmu


Repurchase it? Yep, I like this concealer actually and I will use it when I have breakout like now because If I have used other concealer it will make my pimples more awful. So I'm actually impressed with cheap local product!  Thanks for reading and leave your thought and appreciation below!
